Normally I buy fresh fish from the local ‘pescaderia’, but I was in the supermarket stocking up on non-perishables when some frozen wild salmon caught my eye. Wild salmon has so much more flavor than farmed salmon and must be better for us.
What to do with wild salmon? If it really is wild, do as little as possible. Just fry it in a non-stick plan and sprinkle some lemon and pepper on the flesh. Serve it with an avocado salad or any vegetable salad made from vegetables of all colors of the rainbow.
