3 tablespoon Parmesan ; grated
6 large Egg ; separated
265 gram Philadelphia Brand Cream Cheese
1 cup Hard cheese ; grated
1/2 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon English mustard

butter bottoms and sides of soufflé dishes and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Beat the egg yolks until thick and lemon colored. This will take some minutes.Beat in the cheeses and the sour cream and mustard and any additions you should choose like bacon bits, chives, various herb/spices.
Beat the egg whites using clean and dry beaters until the whites are stiff.
Gently fold the egg whites into the yolk mixture. Turn into a soufflé dish or individual dishes.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes until the soufflé has risen and is done (insert a knife and if it comes out clean, the soufflé is done).
