4 Pork chops ; thawed
salt ; to taste
Pepper ; coarsely ground, to taste
Chili flakes ; to taste

Fry the chops in a pan or on a table grill. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes. The chili flakes are optional, or course. A good alternative would be dried sage.
I like to use my Fissler steel frying pan from Germany as it makes the chops really crispy — more like barbecued chops than fried chops. And, of course, you can grill them on the barbecue!
Serve with a good salad. My choice would be one with lots of different vegetables, some feta cheese and topped with pine nuts and/or pumpkin seeds.
