Chocolate has been discovered!

As I keep learning more about low carb and GI indexes and GI loads, I keep stumbling over delectable tidbits.  According to the internet, Lindt 90% dark chocolate has only 5 grams of carbohydrates!

Chocoholic heaven is opening its doors!

So now the plan is to experiment with brownies and cakes and ice cream pies…you can easily make a low carb ice cream at home.  So now the fun begins!
